Our rates are clearly not based off of our driving. Our rates have recently take a very large increase on our two daily drivers. Neither of us have a record. Only one of us have had a claim and it was years ago. When asked, State Farm claimed inflation, yet no one else in our family is experiencing this. Inflation effects everyone, not just select people. I made a claim on our roof after a storm. They refused to replace it. Even though outside roofing contractors were pulling shingles out of the gutter. The following year we had another storm. The boards under the roof were exposed in many places. Finally, they covered it but then cancelled us. It should be illegal to cancel me for using the service I paid for. I will never use them again.

Very unprofessional. Agent is never available to talk to. Cancelled my families policy but continued to take our payments for months. Caused me to lose days of work with no reimbursement because of an accident with a driver who had no insurance. Do not ever get State Farm they do not care about their customers. Especially the ******* branch agent Katie Harris.

State Farm is a horrible company. I was in a car accident and the reps from state farms are not returning any calls. A person insured by State Farms hit our car from behind, pushing the entire undercarriage of the car from beneath us, totaling the car, and totaling their car as well. State Farms is not returning any calls to our lawyer to discuss the case. State Farms do not like to pay their claims. It has been 6 months, and no response. State Farms is a corrupt business.

State Farm is NOT the good insurance from the past. Do Not get home or auto insurance from them . They are not customer service oriented. They lie, distract, delay and all for top premiums. My neighborhood ********* **agents are a joke!

I am very unhappy about the service. I feel that I was disinformed and manipulated with pricing. At the beginning a year ago I received price of $72 monthly. Later I called State Farm and told them I am going on 2 months vacation and would like to put my insurance on hold. They told me "no problem ", but when I came back my price this month is $127. Just signed up, instantly regretting it, they already changed my policy amount because the drivewise wasnt setup in 3 days of the signed policy, although the shipping is 3-5 business days. which is not what I agreed to upon signing up, nothing in fine print that gave a time frame or a reason for a certain time I need to activate drivewise. This is literal stealing from customers as I signed up for a locked in rate and they raised it based on nothing. defenitely a sueable offense!

Would give 0 stars. Adjusters have no experience on how things are built to determine how to repair them. They are also unresponsive, rude and condescending. They will not agree on estimates from their OWN PREFERRED CONTRACTORS who they sent to my house. ******* actually quit because of then midway through the job so now I’m left with no floors or ceilings. My father passed away in his home and a clean up was needed. State Farm took 14 months to pay the bill and it was ONLY after I filed a case number with the **** Dept of Insurance. State Farm is the worst and a bunch of crooks.
