Basement flooded from a sewer back up on 8/23. An adjuster came out on 9/5. I lost EVERYTHING including my furnace. I had a furnace company come look at my furnace and give me quotes on replacing it. Uploaded all pictures and documents onto their site. Now they’re sending out an HVAC investigator, (whatever that job is). Been over 2 weeks and my claims person won’t even return my calls. Also, the adjuster was not even familiar with my file or what coverage I have. NOT happy with this company at all

After 10 months it seems I’m still fighting with State Farm to get repairs done. I asked what is the Problem what did I do wrong. Never given an answer. While Speaking with Tara G****** she began to constantly raise her voice to talk over me. This has been the problem no one will listen. State Farm has not been a good neighbor! And we haven't even had a claim- in fact our policy is only 6 weeks old. Our agent misrepresented multiple facts to get us to move our 7 cars, 2 trailers, and homeowners policies over. Gave us great rates. Easy peasy to add the collectors cars too. Never mind that old pesky thing like Underwriting, the agent assured us we were good to go. So we took them at their word, and canceled 4 other policies. This insurance has always been bad! I dropped them years ago but one of their insured totaled my brand new car and this dinky place won’t pay for my car! They are so **** cheap and I’m not taking about their prices! They are cheap as in they like to screw people over ! Over an over an over again! They only let me have a rental for one day!!! I've been with State Farm for a while and recently encountered some perplexing issues. Firstly, my monthly rate inexplicably increased by $20. This change was made without any prior notice or explanation, which left me quite baffled. Furthermore, I've noticed that all three of my cars are frequently removed from the Drive Safe & Save policy. Again, this happens without any given explanation. Absolutely criminal. State Farm's customer hit our car when we were not even in it, totaling our car. We had just bought the car for 34k+ and they came back with an offer of 28k stating that it is non negotiable. They are claiming that the comps in the area show the car as worth 28k cash. I cannot come anywhere near the same make and model for 28k. They said this process is non negotiable, I tried to escalate and the claim specialist stated that there is no one above her. Zero customer service, zero accountability glad I do not use them as my mandatory scam insurance coverage! Preferred method of contact phone call, not one... 7 days, no rental, to process a 3 hr claim! 20 years in automotive collision myself this company is at an all time low in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and just say no to state farm.

Curt M My vehicle was involved in a road hazard accident 2 weeks ago. My vehicle has been sitting at the auto repair shop (*** *****) for nearly 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the claims adjuster to go visit the auto shop to inspect the damage. A few years ago I had a major water leak occur in my condo kitchen wall due to faulty pipes. We opened a claim and started repairs. I then had a second leak a couple of months later due to a contractor hitting a pipe in my kitchen, water spewed everywhere and caused a ton of additional damage. The contractor never reported this or used their own insurance for this, claiming it was the faulty pipes again, and pushed the additional damages under the same claim.
