We arranged to get home insurance for a house we were about to close on at the end of April, 2019. They charged our credit card BEFORE the closing, on April 23. When the closing fell through, we asked for our money to be refunded. It is now SIX WEEKS later and we still have not received a refund for money that should never have been charged in the first place!
I was involved in a car accident back in 2016. State Farm's insured was at fault. I started to settle my claim in Nov 2018. My claim adjuster is Mr. Izykowski. Since then I have only been given a run around. I had to email him several times, left him voice mails and most of the times he was irresponsive; claimed to have not received email or voice mails. My son has been involved in an accident with one of State Farm’s insured on Thursday 5/23. As of today 5/28, we still have not been contacted by their adjuster.
I have been with state farm for years. After this last weather event they tossed me under the bus for 96 bucks. I will be looking for a new agent soon
Last Thursday, May 16, 2019, an older gentleman insured by State Farm pulled out in front of me. We all were thankfully ok, some soreness in my neck and back. State Farm supplied me with a rental car the same day. Long story short, a State Farm rep was at my home yesterday, May 22, 2019, to appraise my vehicle. He could clearly see that my vehicle was a total loss as the left subframe was damaged and sticking out through my bumper. Their customer service is outstanding. The rates are affordable and I highly recommend Troy Weldon as a State Farm Agent. You will NOT be disappointed.
For insurance company who prides their self on being a good neighbor there sure full of it I try to file a claim with them they call me back 30 minutes later saying they will only pay for 90% of the damages to my car which was and perfect condition And they want me to pay for the other 10% I am so glad that I do not carry State Farm Insurance cause they just seem like they are a bunch of scammers and con artist 2 thumbs down Horrible company

I have to say that I am disappointed in statefarm insurance. I came to statefarm because the policy was cheaper. Big mistake. U pay doe whT u get and cheapest is not the way. Big lesson I have learned. But after suffering a loss and talking with others who have and have had statefarm; I am not surprised. I have been told by too many they are snake farm.
