Eye infection. Sat in the waiting room for 40 min. Called into an exam room for incidental information. Then to another waiting room for 20 min. Then into another exam room to wait for doctor. Waited another 25 min for the doctor who spent a grand total of 2 min to tell me I have an eye infection. Totally unacceptable to spend an hour and 25 min just waiting! I guess it's time to start looking for a new eye doctor...
I had lasik eye surgery yesterday morning and from the moment I got up from the table I could already see better. I went in for my follow up and I went from anything more then a foot away being extremely blurry to clear and 20/20. The procedure was under 10 minutes long and was completely painless. It was strange and maybe a bit weird but nothing that should stop anyone from doing it. Staff was great and I'm so happy I decided to have it done.
They are the best.My husband had cataract surgery.Was seeing clearly as soon as tape was removed..No redness or pain.He appreciated the gift the doctor gave him. All the staff was excellent and did an wonderful job of calming him before the surgery.Will be having the other eye done soon
Overall had a good experience. Dr. Bishof was personable and professional per usual. Staff were mostly friendly.
They were quick I didn't have to wait long and the staff was so friendly. Will definitely be coming back next year.
Unacceptable wait time. Sat in an exam room alone for more than 35 minutes. Was here for a simple follow up eye exam. Employees seemed to be unaware and were unapologetic. I'd venture to guess that this has become normal for them. Quality of service matters just as much as quality of care. Edit: they did take 10 dollars off my co-pay after I voiced my concerns.
