If I was given a time machine I would use it to go back to before we used Todd Divine we started this back in July of 2024 we had a quote for about 180k and told once the council had approved everything they would start building build time would be 6 months so we wait to hear back from the sales team in regards to the council approval we contacted them several times over 5-6 months then I called and demanded answers as to why this is taking so long they then informed me they didn't think we were "serious" about buying we stu... read more
We went with our daughter, who had been previously. We were greeted when we arrived and after explaining that our daughter has been we were left to look around with no pressure. The displays were good quality and worth visiting.
We recently built a granny flat with Todd Dive Homes, we were very satisfied with the outcome. From the first day we made enquiries at the reception , through to signing the contract, to the actual building part, every step, everyone was very responsive and friendly. Their work looks lovely, but they are genuinely useless at responding to emails. Even after you have called and asked for a response. We’ve paid for a tailored quote about 3 weeks ago and since then I haven’t received a reply to my previous 3 emails.
