Exceptional customer service from front of house lady. We overstayed by a couple of minutes but she did not rush us. We sat in our car thinking we're out of her hair. She waited politely to usher us out of the gate .
Although things didn’t work out for us this time around, we’re incredibly grateful to the team at Todd Devine Homes for all their help and support throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with was professional, kind, and genuinely patient as we explored our options. It made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We are very happy with our new home built by Todd Devine Homes at our Lifestyle Village residence. The entire process was made easy thanks to their user-friendly build portal, which provided all the information we needed throughout the build. We had a couple of minor teething issues after moving in, and the Todd Devine team responded quickly and resolved them without fuss.
