Dr. Denson and his staff are extremely polite and kind and mannerly, but what I appreciate the most is they talk to you first and explain exactly what they are doing in your mouth before they do it. That is so nice and reassuring. My grandchildren go to Dr. Denson and they love this so much about him. They are never the least bit nervous but totally enjoy their experience because of the quiet explanations and kindness as the kids are being worked on. This dental office is absolutely a five-star experience in every way.
Expect to be taken care of when you walk in this door. We have been using the services of Dr Denson for 30+ years. Dr Denson and his staff are always friendly, prompt, and accommodating. Lets just say, we were searching for a dentist prior to walking in this door, and we have never left. We love Dr Denson and his staff!
Customer Service is huge! Due to an emergency they were running behind a bit. When he came into the examination room, he apologized for the emergency and made me feel so welcome!
