The new office and its staff were amazingly nice! I was a patient that had NEVER gotten new eye insurance but I was that patient! Rachel was awesome on helping me navigate a new insurance company. I am the lame one for not realizing my insurance had changed. Anyway, they were GREAT to me and we had a complicated glasses RX from another Dr. for some new lenses! I just picked up my glasses and am once again overwhelmed by the incredible care and service from Dr. Mehta, Lewis, Rachel, and Kaitlin through the process. My 12 year old son and I went in for our exams together and they were laughing along with his puns, talking about movies and books with him, and made the experience so relaxing and fun, he was really bummed that Lewis wasn't there when he came back to get his glasses! We had an excellent experience. The whole family went. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor was great. Listened to us and addressed our concerns. Considering my prescription, my glasses came in pretty quickly and they took the time to explain the differences between my old and new prescription.
Excellent experience purchasing new frames with progressive lens. As a long-time wearer of glasses, I've never had a better overall experience. Wide selection of frames in store to select best fit in virtually any style. Would not hesitate to recommend or to come back for future purchases. Rachel did a fantastic job! Thank you.
Lewis helped overcome my fear of trying new frames and I'm so glad he did. I look fabulous! He is very knowledgeable on all products and insurance and his experience shines!!!!!

The customer service is ridiculously good. I visited the store for my annual check-up & to pick out a new pair of glasses. Lewis is a heck of a salesman & was exceptionally helpful in helping me choose my glasses. If you go to another optometrist office remotely near to this location do yourself a favor and switch over to the Today’s Vision on Riley Fuzzel- you will not be disappointed.
