Let me start by saying that I’ve never been to an optometrist before, having only visited several ophthalmologists over the years, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Our second year to shop for glasses at this location. Once again, they excelled in customer service! Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Both visits, Lewis has gone above and beyond to fit me in the perfect frames.
Great staff. Fit me in and then everyone be helped me pick my frames.
Staff is very friendly. I needed my glasses within a week. They put a rush on the order and they were in by Wednesday. Definitely would recommend going here for your glasses.
I'll have to completely agree with what others have said. This place is awesome! The staff is simply incredible. The epitome of stellar customer service! We actually had a good time during my visit with lots of laughter and witty banter. Rachel, Lewis, and the doctor were patient, kind, and explained everything in detail as we proceeded. I never felt rushed and no one tried to talk me into anything I didn't want. The technology used at this location is state-of-the-art! I won't go anywhere else from now on.
Today’s Vision on Riley Fuzzel is wonderful. Their team who helps you through all aspects of what you need for your eye care are fantastic. Their assortment of frames to pick from are beautiful and I cannot say enough what a lovely establishment this is. My son needed a prescription change and Rachel was awesome in helping us. If you need an eye doctor, an appointment or updated frames...go check them out!
Dr. Mehta is always thorough and on time and I enjoy my eye exams. But Lewis?! I have always dreaded picking out frames and am never confident what works for my face. Lewis changes all that. He is enthusiastic and clearly loves his job. He's helped me, my husband, and our son all find fantastic frames. I don't ever want to buy glasses without his help!
I stumbled upon this Gem of a shop purely by happenstance. I'm so glad I did!! I came in to refill my contacts with a sour attitude towards the whole optometry business, many of my dealing with glasses salesman have been lackluster at best. When I walked in, I mean-mugged the lady at the front desk and really acted like an entitled dipshit.
