The staff was friendly and my appointment started a little early, so that was nice. The assistant took my current glasses to test them, and they were brought back to me later. I didn't try putting them on until I got back in my car and they now have several deep scratches on the lenses that were not there before. I took them back inside and explained the situation to the other assistant present. My daughter and I came in for an eye exam. She needed her glasses before we head out for our family vacation on Wednesday. Dr. Pham made every thing possible to squeeze us in her busy schedule. We left for lunch and by the time we came back her glasses were ready for her. By the way the place is so clean and it smells amazing!!! Highly recommend this place! Staffs are super friendly and very helpful!
