Great place for wedding! Everything was there, decor was great. Wedding was in August 100 degree heat, but inside was very comfortable. Dinner was wonderful, staff helpful. DJ was excellent. Couldn t have ask for more. Be sure and check with Barbara and Neil if you are planning a wedding, you won t be disappointed. Very glad we had my daughters wedding at Today s Memories of Amarillo.Jayne

barbara has been a god send my daughter s wedding was a fairytale barbara you and neil (dj) and all of your staff you did the most amazing job and i just want to personal thank you for being so so gracious and so very helpful i am never gonna forget the most amazing and beautiful wedding and it just happened to be our daughter s... Absolutely wonderful place. Barbara was the greatest, helpful in every way. We didnt have to do a thing. She was truly a blessing for my husband and I. The food was great and the decorations were exactly how I pictured. Her son DJ d for us and he had a wonderful selection of music for us and was able to help with things we hadnt thought of. You wont find anyone out there who cares as much about making your wedding perfect as they do.
I ve done many weddings with Barbara and she is a joy to work with! My venues name is Beautiful Garden Weddings & Photography and I do a lot of flowers, bouquets, and lease plants to her weddings, as well as the photography. She is very kind and gracious, I ve worked with many of her brides & I ve had never had a bride that has had a bad thing to say about her. Her indoor reception rooms photograph beautifully at night, and her caterring is awesome!!!
This is the best place in Amarillo! Barbara Folk was a most gracious host you could ask for. Our wedding was well prepared and the food was scrumptious. She was a full service venue, had great suggestions and her decorations were to die for! I didnt have to worry about a thing and we were able to enjoy our dream night tremendously. She was a true sweetie and we actually keep in contact with her occasionally. You cannot lose with Todays Memories!Bambi Gordon
Im a wedding coordinator at a church here in town and I love this lady. She IS a Godly lady and has a giving spirit. No, my sweet we cannot do yours or others weddings without getting paid. Our bills dont seem to get paid that way. Funny how that work.Proverbs 18:7 A fools mouth is his undoing,and his lips are a snare to his soul.
I have attended many events at Todays Memories. it is an excellent venue for your wedding or event. Barbara is an angel and will go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied!
Tina, all reports Ive heard from Todays Memories have been glowing, so I assume that you must be the bride that didnt pay. The only time Todays Memories EVER cancelled a wedding was when the bride refused to pay. 2 days before the wedding, she flat-out refused to pay, even though the contract specifically says that the deadline is at least a month ahead of time. I would say its pretty Godly that they havent sued you for breach of contract or now for slander. Their lawyer, however, may not be as nice.
