Great experience...everything I was looking for I was very happy to find this salon after moving to this area. I initially received a gift certificate last year for Mother's Day for a Relaxation Package and was finally able to use it last month. Everything was wonderful. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ON MY QUICK VISIT TO USE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR A FULL BODY WRAP, I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED AND LOOKED OVER AS OTHER GUEST WERE ENTERING THE SALON. I WAS LOOKED AT AND LOOKED OVER BY A FEW OF THE WORKERS WHO FIRST OF ALL STARED ME DOWN ONCE I ENTERED.. I DONT KNOW IF IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS THE "ONLY" BLACK WOMEN STANDING THERE OR WHAT.. Expensive I really don't like this salon because it is way too expensive. There are other salons 5 minutes away that can do the job just as well at a much lower price. However, on the plus side, Today's Image does have good customer service and is very clean.
