Don't go here. Rude, rude. I'm sorry to say that this was one of the worst salons I have been to. It was mainly due to the rude lady who trimmed my hair. I was very nice to her, but she just seemed very unhappy and was frankly rude to me when I tried to ask her questions about their products. I will never go here again and it's to my dismay b/c it's so close to where I live :( and I've been looking for a salon with nice workers----too bad.
AVOID PHYLISS By far the worst service I have ever received. Please avoid at all costs. The lady who cut my hair was Phyliss. She was completely unprofessional, rude and non courteous. The cut looked like it was from the 50's.
Pam Have been going to this salon since they were in Laurel. The pedicures and facials are the best I have ever experienced. I live in the Annapolis area and travel 40 minutes or more to enjoy the these services. I have tried numerous day spas but none compare to Todays Image.
unhappy I have gotten my hair cut here twice by 2 different stylists and have not been happy either time. The first time, I said I just wanted about 1 1/2 inches off and my bangs trimmed. She criticized my existing cut (which I loved), then changed the shape of both my hair and my bangs. My layers were not blended well and look awkward when I straighten my hair. Today's Image Tanning Salon is far from good! Avoid this Salon. It is overpriced, the staff is rude, and the hair stylists are angry about life it seems. All the good stylists work there for now more than a year and end up quitting due to poor management and jealous coworkers.
Ouststanding Service I have been getting my hair cut/colored at Today's Image 4 years with the same stylist. Recently, I had an important meeting and had to be out of there a lot sooner then I thought my appointment would take. My stylist instead of rescheduling me found a way to make it all work out. I had my haircut that day with her, went to my appointment; the next day I had my color with her but had to get my style with another hairstylist. There wasn't any bad feelings about sharing the ticket it was about ME!
Unhappy Hair - Avoid this place I went to Today's Image. I am new to the area and am having extreme difficulty finding an affordable stylist in this area who can simply trim a few layers and bangs. I now have a mullet. I think she took an inch off my layers. As I watched TV last night, no actress on tv had layered hair like this. Rude and Expensive I actually liked going to Today's Image, I liked my hair dresser but she would always complain about blow drying my long hair, I actually felt bad asking her to do this, but then I realized that I am paying a lot of money to get my hair cut and tip her very well so why should i feel bad? Very poor customer service. I took my two children there for haircuts. I specifically asked for the price list before service was provided and was shown one that stated kids ages 13 and under at a rate of $20 and decided to indulge. They charged me $30 for each child. I questioned it and was told the age for kids' rate is 10. My children are 10 and 12! I objected and referred them to their own brochure. The next excuse was that the hair cuts were complicated.
