Stumbled upon this gem while visiting, and so sad it's not available nationwide. I look forward to the day Tocabe is as widespread as Chipotle. Definitely recommend the braised bison and a fry bread for dessert drizzled with honey. So goood!
Fantastic food and chill atmosphere. Highly recommend the hominy-cranberry salsa.
Delicious, filling, and healthy. The shredded bison was crazy delicious, and the textures of the hominy together with the quinoa and seed mixture was unique and satisfying. Can't wait to stop by again!
Shredded bison, fry bread-there are so many things to love! Pro tip: Find them at a farmers market because they serve � breakfast!
