I heard about Tocabe on Diners, Drive Inn's and Dives but didn't let that stop me. I live in Hawaii, and recently had to go to Colorado. I made a special trip to go there and was not disappointed. The place was busy, the staff was great and Ted, the owner, took the time to talk with me. We went there for lunch, but my wife and I like the food so much, we ordered take out for dinner.
