I had a bit of a wait,but with the type of trusted care I always receive at any of the TOC locations I didn't mind. I was treated with great care. My mind was put at ease that my issue wasn't something that seems to require surgery. I would encourage anyone needing orthopedic care to reach out to TOC.
Everyone was amazing! Even the other patients waiting! I was greeted at the front entrance by a concierge giving directions from a presidential style podium and ensuring I didn’t need assistance. As I proceeded to my destination and hobbled in on my crutches, (I had a broken leg in a split) it was like walking into an extended family reunion. Knowledgeable,courteous,respectful,plus- solved my problem
There was a bit of a wait to be called back to be seen, but that just made me feel a bit better because it shows they are giving the patient the time they need and not trying to push everyone through. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable and friendly. She put me at ease immediately and when it was decided I needed equipment they had it right in the bldg in a different suite, but it was all indoors.
