Love Toby's and yes, they do have the best Penn Cove mussels around!
Homey. A generous glass of wine. Try the Blackened Tuna sandwich. (Ciabatta bread is too much, ask for softer bun, and more lettuce! Wasabi sauce is awesome)
Great fish & chips, mussels. Great views of the cove. Will return.
Traveled 1500 miles for mussels and a t shirt and I will do it again next Time I'm out there. Also got to see the PBY Naval aviation museum in OAK Harbour. Great stop , worth the money.
Toby's has a unique island character. Like to go there often.
Fun time whenever I go...bistro food consistently good...Sue and Tammy are the best!
