My parents took a tour and are seeking a refund due to arriving at attractions as they were closing, inadequate bathroom breaks and meals and in general not getting the quality of tour that was advertised. They have attempted to work with the owner and I contacted the owner early in the tour to alert her to the problems with the tour including diabetics not having regular access to meals . In July went to Mackinac ISLAND. Our driver and guide-Harold and Roxanne BENNETT were the greatest! Next year we have decided to go to Boston, Cape cod, and the Poconos.

We are currently broken down in the middle of West Virginia because your drivers failed to check the bus correctly. Now we have to wait for another bus to take us all the way back to kentucky from our senior trip. Thanks for a terrible experience.

Fabulous 15 day trip to Alaska with Margaret and Steve on a brand new kneeling motor coach. We also had a great group of people to travel with, making many new friends. When I got home and people saw my pictures they said, "Boy, you sure did get to see a lot more of the real Alaska than we did on our cruise!".
