Just got back from the Yellowstone South Dakota and Badlands tour. This trip far exceeded our expectations. Twelve days of enjoyment and adventure. Roxanne and Harold were great.
Just got back from MacKinac Island. What a wonderful trip. Margaret and Gerry were awesome. We sang, prayed, did the pledge to our flag. So happy for that. Thank you. Saw some incredible things, met some wonderful people, laughed and just had a blast. Great trip highly recommend with Margaret and Gerry.
Great trip out west on Canyons and Dams tour with Roxanne and Harold. The best tour guides and sweetest couple. Hope to travel with them again!

My mother booked a trip with my cousin, my mother had to cancel her trip because of illness. My mother lost her money paid due to the cancelation, which I completely understand. The issue arises when Toby Tours decides to charge my cousin as a single person traveling now. (A up charge).... They kept my mothers money so her trip is still paid for even though she is not going and still up charged my cousin. There is a group of four ladies going on this trip that will likely never use Toby Tours again. I don’t understand the lo... read more

Your mother called in earlier this week to let us know she may cancel due to illness. She told us that she had read our cancelation policies and understood she would not receive a refund. She also understood that if her niece did not find another roommate that she would be charged the single price. She also told us that she usually purchased travel protection, but she had not on this trip. We were called today, Friday, for a trip departing in two days, Sunday. There are no 'upcharges'. I have been on several Toby tours. The trips have been wonderful. My favorite trip was to Alaska. The itineraries are designed to provide a full,well rounded trip. The buses are clean and comfortable. Margaret and Gary are so much fun to travel with and do a great job.
