Road with Toby Tours to Naples Florida with my extended family. The drivers were excellent and so accommodating. I highly recommend this agency and am looking forward to planning our next family vacation with Toby Tours!

We have taken a couple of trip with Toby Tours with our Senior Saints from CBC in Madison, IN. Now another we are planning to take one with our best friends. I can't wait to receive the 2012 Book so we can get our plans started.

Have traveled with Toby on several trips. Went to Savannah,GA , New York City, and Holland Michigan. Each one of these trips was well planned and bus driver and tour guide were good. Toby's prices are the best in this area, too.

Recent trip to NYC could have been much better with a knowledgable escort. He failed to give us important information needed for some events, gave conflicting meet times and had some difficulty communicating orally. However, he was extremely courteous and kind. The driver Phillipe was excellent in driving skills and general info about NYC. Without his info we would have missed out on some things. The last day should have had more time in the city. We drove to PA just to have hours to waste at a hotel with nothing nearby. We ... read more

I recently returned from a trip from Madison to NYC (6/28). The bus driver was great but the tour guide left much to be desired. He was kind and courteous but very much ill at ease and nervous. He was 'counting ' us constantly as we stood in a group & failed to inform us of many things that we missed out on because of his lack of knowledge. Paid for a trip up in the Statue-didn't get to do it-were not informed. Changed the itinerary on us and when we complained we were allowed to do it at our additional cost. We have taken two tours with Toby, one down the Pacific coast, and the last one thru the south, New Orleans and Texas. The driver and guide were great, the hotels were just o.k. and a couple of times restruants were not open at the motels and we had to hunt for somewhere to eat, I would recommend them and would travel with them again!
