We are an independent restaurant specializing in upscale local-American cuisine. We start by sourcing the best local products, like rustic hand shaped bread from Izzio's Artisan Bakery, Polidori Sausage, fresh roasted Coda coffee and locally farmed eggs. Visiting my brother in Littleton Colorado along with Jessica & Scott. Rich took us here for breakfast. My bourbon praline French toast was the best I ever had. Wonder if they ship to Niagara Falls It was that good. If u r ever in that part of Colorado don't pass up the chance to go there. U will regret it if u do. All our food was delish!!!!!

I've been going to "Toast" for years now and I love it. I was there today as a matter of fact. Yes it can get a little loud, so I just ask to sit in the back room. Sure, no problem. I read my newspaper by myself... food was fabulous and the service was wonderful! I go there Monday thru Thursday. I miss Will being there very much, we became friends over the years.
