We are an independent restaurant specializing in upscale local-American cuisine. We start by sourcing the best local products, like rustic hand shaped bread from Izzio's Artisan Bakery, Polidori Sausage, fresh roasted Coda coffee and locally farmed eggs. I am vacationing from NJ and visiting my son who lives in Littleton until tomorrow then moving him to Cherry Hills area. I have eaten at The Urban Egg, Snooze, and today we tried Toast. All are great breakfast stops, but Toast is my favorite!
The menu selection is amazing. I had the frittata and a Cappuccino and it was sooooo yummy. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is its loud in there. The food and service were outstanding but I could hardly hear my husband and the server because the noise was too loud for me.

Very tasty breakfast, great mocha too. The menu is varied and tempting. It was hard to choose, the waiter knew the menu well and was happy to make suggestions. I Will have to come back several times to try everything. Large sized portions, plated with care, everything I saw served looked fantastic. Super friendly quick service.

The food was to die for and the service was wonderful. Wonderful coffee and a laid back atmosphere. I can't think of a single criticism. Highly recommend this to anyone in the area or jus passing through.
