WARNING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If they are this rude, inconsiderate, and just plain nasty to you, how do you think they are treating your pet when you are not there? Do not let Brian or Kelly near your pet! The behavior I witnessed from Brian makes me question whether he should be working in an environment where he has to deal with people, which makes me question his ability to not lose his temper with your pet, and Kelly is a liar and cannot be trusted to be truthful with you. My aussie Wrangler and I love Kelley! She is an amazing groomer there!
My family has always taken their pets there and always been treated with the utmost care, respect, and courtesy. I now bring my dog to Dr. Averitt and Kelly for checkups and grooming, and am never left with anything other than satisfaction, a clean happy dog, and knowledge on how to better take care of my dog ad his temperament. 5 out of 5 from me.
kelly is the only person I let groom my gunner. he loves going to see her on a regular basis! please make sure you go on a regular basis and not 1 or 2 times a year your dog deserves better! I highly reccomend kelly! shes the best!
Dr Averitt is a wonderful physician for your pet. My wife and I have gone to this clinic for almost 20 years for our cats and Dr Averitt is absolutely wonderful in every way... knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and very reasonable in pricing. I was trying to get on this post to say thank you so much Dr. Averitt and staff for being so compassionate to me today when I brought KiKi Boo Boo to your clinic to end his journey..I did not expect Dr Averitt to be there with my cat and me , but she stayed and talked to me and my cat...that meant the world to me and yet she also left and let me and my best friend have our last moments together...thank you so much for allowing us the privilege to do that and my responsibility to let it happen. I can not say enough wonderful things about this Veterinary Clinic. We have used several in the ten plus years that we have lived here & never have we received such compassion for our animals as here. Dr. Averitt goes above & beyond! The staff is warm, welcoming & genuine. Highly recommend!
