Toano Animal Clinics staff and Dr Averitt are the best. I have been a client for 7 years and can not think of anything but the best to say. Dr Averitt is knowledgeable and compassionate. I have found the fees/costs of the services to be reasonable.

I have been going here for years. Unfortunately, today the lady that answered the phone was so incredibly rude and hung up on me. I guess my 2 cats and a dog will be relocating to a vet with better customer service!
My cat Puff had an emergency this past weekend, Dr Averitt came in when they were closed and took care of her. She’s such a kind and caring Vet! I’ve been using her for 8 years and just love her!
Always patient with my two German Shepherd dogs. Never rushes us out the door and honestly cares!
The clinic is very efficient, caring and professional. I thank them for the love and care they provided to my dog "Daisy". I had no previous experience with owning a dog especially and elderly dog. They never hesitated to help me and they showed Daisy and I kindness and love. I recommend most highly this animal clinic
