protected I have had TNT as my Alarm company for almost a year now. Being a single mother, I find assurance in trusting a company that will follow thru when needed. Billy was great with answering all my questions and making sure that i felt safe and secure. Even when I accidently set my alarm off, they are always friendly and willing to help. I can sleep better at night knowing that my munchkins are protected. I trust them with my prize possessions....my family.

Upset Customer!!! This company preaches customer service and that is the last thing I have experienced. I had an issue with my alarm making noise they claimed it was not their product beeping. I visited with upper management and they were very adamant on not taking care of their product. Think twice before you pay for thier product.

Great Service - Felt Safe Customer 8/04 - 12/06 - very happy w/srvc. Rec'd immed calls when alarm went off (several times while house was for sale). Storm set off alarm one night, they called and let me know which window was affected and stayed on the line with me until I was able to cover upstairs & downstairs to be sure everything was okay. The alarm never went off without me receving a call. Would recommend them highly and wish they were in my current State.

TnT Rocks! I'm not sure what Joan is talking about. When I accidently set my TnT System off, I can hardly get my system shut off and they are already calling me to see if I'm okay. I love them, my friends and family love them. They Rock! They'll blow any other security company away!

Bait and Switch Really bad. Sales guy came by the house. I signed the agreement, they billed my credit card. 2 weeks later installer showed up and would not install what I had paid for. (Wireless keypad) Actually, he didn't even know what I had bought or what had to be done. It was all listed on the documents he had with him, and on my carbon copies. There was no doubt about what I had purchased. Long phone conversation with his boss and the bottom line is they would not do what I was sold and had paid for. Got my money back... read more

Best Service Ever!!! I have lived in many states and used several different companies. I called TnT at 10:30 at night when my house was hit by lightning, and they were out the next morning at 10:00 to fix it, at no charge!

Terrible TNT TNT "Terrible and Terible" I don't know who was more shady the salesman or the installer. These guys are clueless. Shopping somewhere else. Cancelled my contract…

Okay service so far, but still no call Have used this service for 3-4 weeks and I've set this alarm off at least 5 times and never once have I gotten a call from them. That worries me. What if I had an emergency. So I called them and asked how long would the alarm have to go off for them to call and they told me they would have to get back to me. Nothing yet.
