Poor customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY! Booked with this company through U-Haul. I had to continuously reach out to them to confirm whether or not they would show up on the date of delivery. I got through to this one “employee” that works there and he said to text him to confirm. I texted him and it’s been days and he has not responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very unprofessional but it’s to be expected with their lack of integrity and good service.
Awful customer service. They do not respond to phone calls or text messages. Do NOT book with them if you want a reliable service. They WILL waste your time and money. I booked with them through U-Haul and I’ve had zero follow up phone calls/text messages from them confirming despite me reaching out multiple times. I do not recommend these people
