If I could give them no starts I would. I bought a alternator that went bad 6 weeks later and they wouldnt exchange it. The alternator stopped charging after you drove the car 15 minutes. I even had the mechanic that installed it call them and they wouldnt accept it. After them talking to the shop they agreed to take it back and but after the refund they wouldnt let me buy another one. They are arrogant a**holes who think they know about cars but all they know is how to push keys.

My experience with TNT has always been different than JRs one-star rating. Generally the people at the counter are easy to deal with and I havent experienced any returned-item issues. Perhaps there is more to JRs story than just a simple return? Ive only had one less-than-optimal encounter with a young woman at the service desk and I chalked it up to her being unattentive and inexperienced with customers in general.
This business is bull****. My mother bought an item for her car from here and they wouldnt take it back when we found out that we had bought the wrong item. Its owned by a bunch of old *** rude *******. Take your business somewhere. Dont do business with them.
