TMT properties needs to get Tom and those three vicious black dogs out of Crystal Lake Boat Yard. Numerous attempts to tell Tom the property manager to keep the dogs from getting loose has failed and not only have I been attacked by the dogs, the day before Christmas they dug a hole under my chain link fence to my business and entered a doggy door. Mr. D's pizza has been in business since 1972, TMT properties ha been managing it for quite a few years now. This pizzeria runs itself basically. But when we have any concerns, the are on it immediately. Very happy
My business leases space from Steve at TMT properties. Steve is always responsive and really cares about us as a tenant. I would recommend them as a property manager or landlord to other businesses.
