I have not used TMT services, however, at menards last night I was battling the wind on the way back to my truck with 2 carts: one with a 4x8 sheet of plywood and the other a regular shopping cart, and I was losing. This guy went out of his way, unprompted, to help me bring one of the carts to the truck. He absolutely didn't have to do that.
