I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. They lied to me from the start, trying to get me to pay more than they originally said, and at the end of this story, they held $1,000 in insurance reimbursement, ignoring my calls for over 2 weeks. When I went in person for the initial consultation, I agreed to proceed with their services, and Tanner showed me the breakdown of pricing and how I would pay for it. These people are scam artists. Charge an arm and a leg to “fix” your jaw and you end up having more pain than before and can’t even chew anymore.
I have had a great experience here! I have received so much relief from the treatment plan and hope to receive more and more!
Predatory company. Doctor will not examine you himself and when questioned on anything he responds with "I've been doing this for 32 years that's how I know" and nothing else, very belittling. I'm an experienced healthcare worker and medical student and knew some of the things he was saying were false for a fact, such as how he couldn't diagnose based off of no imaging and only by seeing how wide I could open my mouth. I have had severe TMJ for about 4 years now where my jaw will lock and click any time I open my mouth. My dentist recommended that I see Dr. McMillan to help and I am so glad that I did.
