Dr carpio visit was good. Got blood work done after visit and had low testosterone. Called total of 6 times over 4 week span for a prescription and got an actual person once. There message says they will call you back within 24 hrs but not once did I get a call back. I have finally given up and will find another urologist. Very frustrating experience !!!!!!
