You have to have a referral just to establish. This is a primary care doctor. I got a referral and no one called me. I called and they told me I have to wait 3 weeks just to schedule an appointment.
Sure do love urgent care at Southwood. Never have a problem there and is treated with kind and respect..We all had a sense of humor on the visit..
