I’m a previous patient of Dr Taba. I saw Dr. Bisono today she is the sweetest! The staff was amazing and showed great compassion and care. Thank you Shay, Porshia, Carrie, Dr. Baker and the receptionist. Greatly appreciate you all.

My Primary has sent over 4 referrals for rhuematology Dr. Less Shrestha over the last 6 months. Everytime they "claim" they didn't receive it. At my last primary appointment they sent the referral again. This time they put the physical copy of the referral in my hand. I went up to the office of which I have been seen at a few years ago. I was told they can't take a paper referral. It must be electronic. I called my primary and had it sent again while I waited. Went in three weeks ago, got an x-ray and referral. Great visit but still no referral and no follow-up regarding FMLA paperwork despite calls from me, my employer, the insurer, and a separate nurse case manager. Malfeasance of malpractice? Take the money and run? Why healthcare is so expensive?

I havent even been to this office yet but my PCP just moved there and when I called to get information regarding my insurance and bloodwork, I was hung up on twice. The receptionist did not identify herself, was rude, short and told my that "your doctor told you wrong and we do things different over here". This really does not set the tone for good patient relationships. I have worked in medical for more than 40 years and would never treat a patient like that. You should really check on the phone etiquette of your staff!
