Office has done a complete turnaround. Much better customer service and attention.
Now that Dr. Whittington is no longer there, avoid this place like the plague. Have gone in for numerous appointments, and just received mail from a collections agency over $30... In addition, they will blatantly lie to you in person and on the phone, and never follow through with what they say.
I originally was seeing Dr. Erin Garmon at this practice and she was great! Then Dr. Garmon left and Dr. Courtney Whittington became my doctor and she was really nice. The problem with this office is the office staff. I went in for a physical in April 2021, and at the end of the physical I was told that their printer was not working so they would send my lab paperwork in the mail. Dr. Whittington always takes her time at my visits, she listens to my concerns and always addresses them. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Everyone is nice, and it is nice to be treated well. Great Atmosphere.
This office is poorly ran and never has workin appts for sick patients, then it will be days or weeks before you can get in and when you do it is always someone different you see. I believe their PA and doctors rotate offices in the area. This place hasn’t been the same since Dr. Oliver left this practice!!!! He always made sure he had workin slots for his sick patients, specially the children, he didn’t like them going to urgent care centers.
