I called TMG as I had an emergency situation with a water leak. This company provided excellent communication throughout. They sent a tehnician to my house in the middle of a bad snow storm. The tech determined that my water leak was not a plumbing issue, but he was able to figure out what caused it. This enabled me to take steps to stop the leak. Contacted them twice. Once off their website contact form (got an auto reply back saying they contact us shortly) and sent a follow up email to them (from the auto reply confirmation email). Never heard from them.
I had a very disappointing experience with TMG and would not recommend them. We had a pipe burst in our home and called TMG around 3:30 PM. We were told a technician was already nearby in Waterford and could arrive within about an hour. We were informed that prepayment of $695 was required, which we paid. After payment was taken, the arrival window was changed to 5–7 PM. We had a major plumbing problem with sewage spilling into our basement. We called TMG Plumbing on a Sunday night in a snow storm and within an hour Justin arrived. He was a life saver! He was very thorough, found the problem immediately, and set about fixing it. He was pleasant, fast, efficient, and cleaned up everything when he was done. We highly recommend TMG Plumbing.
Adam from TMG was super efficient and showed his expertise! I was very pleased with his work and would recommend TMG, especially Adam!
