I had to go to the ER the other night/morning, and was extremely pleased with the quick service. From the time I walked in the door until I was discharged was only about 45 minutes. That kind of service is unheard of! Much appreciated!
My father just received a knee replacement surgery yesterday at the Orthopedic center and I was very pleased by the care and service my father received! I would especially like to acknowledge the RN that was helping my father in his recovery room right after his surgery. Her name is Sarah. I'm very impressed with TMC and the fantastic nursing staff. Starting with Lori in pre surgical unit in orthopaedics, who immediately put me at ease with her warm, caring personality...it was like talking with an old friend! After back surgery I was in the 900 unit and had so many efficient and sweet nurses and patient techs. Big huge thank you to Dre who was the most attentive, personable, caring person to help me.
