Surgery went well care in ICU was great but care in 700 rooms is the worst. I got here no one had bothered with my mom her teeth were out no breakfast ordered. Her doctor comes in and says she will discharge her but hours later we find out hospital doctor has to discharge and they are not coming to do that. They say that may then take another couple hours. I am done.
I received amazing care from the nurses, techs, lab, Drs.and got a visit from 2 rehab dogs. I was missing my own dogs and in walks a man & a dog. Made my stay amazing under the circumstances.
My daughter was admitted this past week and we had the absolute best nurses! Big shout out to Lauren in PICU and Stephanie in pediatrics! Also to Gail who was our RT! These wondering ladies treated my little girl like their own and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. It was tough for my daughter to say goodbye to them as they became apart of our day! Thank you ladies for being amazing!!! Your kindness means so much to us! TMC you are #1 in our book!
In the past, I have been happy with the care that TMC provides. I was displeased with the lack of communication this time around.
Been sitting here in the ER for over 2hrs now, this is the worst time consuming ER ever, they take your vitals numerous times just to pacify you while you're forced to wait an excrucuating amount of time, I will NEVER come here again, from now on its urgent care. If I could give this place a negative rating I would.
For every nurse and doctor at TMC for Children...God bless you and everything you do. Your passion and grace for kids showed and you made our stay so comfortable. I bless your life! God open the flood gates of blessings for you and may you continue to be a blessing to all those you encounter. We felt like we were your only patient and we knew how busy each and every one of you are.
