I’ve spent the past three years living in one of the TM Montante buildings and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is wonderful and the views from the building are great. I love that there’s a restaurant right below.. it’s so convenient! I had a wonderful experience living at 1275 Delaware! Beautiful environment, very comfortable space, quick and attentive staff, and great neighbors. The property manager Travis has been extremely helpful and responsive since day one. No complaints at all and I highly recommend renting with TM Montante at this location!
