I lived here for a year, and while the location was good, my overall experience with the building and management was consistently frustrating. Throughout my lease, several major issues went unresolved for days at a time. The elevator frequently broke down, sometimes only going one direction—and these outages often lasted days. I’ve spent the past three years living in one of the TM Montante buildings and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is wonderful and the views from the building are great. I love that there’s a restaurant right below.. it’s so convenient! I had a wonderful experience living at 1275 Delaware! Beautiful environment, very comfortable space, quick and attentive staff, and great neighbors. The property manager Travis has been extremely helpful and responsive since day one. No complaints at all and I highly recommend renting with TM Montante at this location!
