Contracted with TLC in February for irrigation, landscape and paver patio. It was May and they weren't finished. The last time the job supervisor came to set sprinklers he said they were bought out by another company. There are 11 things to be completed. Calls upon calls, emails, certified letter returned. One time, I guess by mistake, someone answered the phone and said that this supervisor was no longer employed by the company, they would have a technician call me. They never did.
