Having to chose a pediatrician for my lil one was made easy because of TLC Pediatrics. The staff is warm, accommodating, and thorough. I have had Dr. Lindsey Krumholdz as my child's pediatrician since birth and she is indeed a jewel and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of TLC Pediatrics family.
Thank you all so much for your hard work and how much you care. I'm a frequent caller lol but no one ever seems to be irritated with my questions. My daughter loved Dr.Khai and he is missed! But Dr. Price is wonderful. We are so thankful to have her as Leila's new dr. Thank you all again.
I absolutely love TLC Pediatrics & Dr. Laff! My daughter has been going here since she was a newborn, she is now 6 years old. She is never afraid to go to the doctor & always enjoys seeing Dr. Laff. We moved to MO a while back & I still refuse to switch pediatricians. The staff is caring, efficient & professional. I highly recommend this office!
My children have been patients here for the past 7 years and the level of patient satisfaction has really gone down. The front desk staff is rude, they hate their job and it shows. The manner in which you are spoken to is by far the most unprofessional. They are rude and highly distasteful. The employee turn over rate here is horrific. They may think that us parents don't realize it but we do. They hire people right out of school for cheap labor so that they can practice learning how to administer immunizations on your child... read more
My son has been diagnosed with asthma since he was 1.5yrs old and only uses a inhaler when needed. Today i had to call the office so my son could get a refill on his inhaler and they are refusing to give my son a refill till he sees the doctor. So i will be finding a new doctor bc my son needs his inhaler now not tomorrow or monday. I am now going to cardinal glennon just so he can diagnosed that he needs his inhaler. I dont recommended this doctoe for anyone
