I would drive to the end of the earth for this group of amazing Dr's! I was referred to TLC Pediatrics before my son was born 8 1/2 yrs ago, and I can honestly tell you I trust his life to them. They are brilliant in their trade, all have unique specialties and are kind, honest and completely trustworthy. The Valley is beyond lucky to have them all here for our kiddos. Thank you, TLC for always being there!
I just wanted to say how wonderful, Rebecca is billing was. I was having an issue with my insurance billing the incorrect copay and she let me know I'd need to call my insurance since they were processing the bill incorrectly. Then 30 minutes later she left me a message stating she spoke to my insurance and the insurance had made the error as she thought and they were reprocessing all my claims. She went above and beyond to help me and probably saved me an hour on the phone with the insurance. Thanks Rebecca!
I love Dr. Nania, she is wonderful with my child. Even though they no longer take my insurance, I will STILL be taking them to her. Hopefully I can find a better insurance carrier.
This is the most carting and compassionate staff I have ever seen. How many doctors would call you back at 7pm just because you had a question? I can't say enough about Dr. Matsumoto!
love TLC. Dr. Ramirez is one of the most caring doctors i know. she treats my kids like one of her own. i have never felt like another number or chart. She takes time to listen to my concerns and evaluates my kids thoroughly. Plus, she has an amazing sense of style :)
