Recommendedvery professional well greeted as you walk in very friendly staff. Dr very friendly and listens to all your concerns talks with you until you understand what's going on would recommend this clinic I gave it five stars.
My husband tested on June 23rd and has yet to receive his test results. Was told he would gets results in about 3 days. He’s on his 10th day already. So if you want results right away...you won’t get them here.
Came in and had quick and friendly service from the front desk and the Dr. Youngblood was amazong! She was extremely kind and knowledgeable.
This is the craziest place I have ever been to. I went there today to get a COVID-19 test I was told to come home and wait for a phone call because I wanted the swab test. The nurse who saw me said they were out of them and they would be ordering more during the day but to go home and wait for a phone call and they would call me back I wouldn’t have to wait in line I wouldn’t have to sign in I was told. It’s been a week since I tested and still no results.
If you need Covid testing I recommend going ANYWHERE else. I went in with my fiancé to get tested on Saturday June 20th, yes TWO Saturday's ago and just barely received my results today and my fiancé is still "pending status" although we got tested the same day. Not only did we end up waiting almost 8 hours to be seen on Saturday, having arrived and signed in at 8:33 am and not being seen until 3:56 pm but we were told it would take 24-48 hours for results to come in but to just call on Tuesday to receive our results if they... read more
This place will provide you with the most awful experience possible. My mother was instructed by her doctor to come here by 8am for testing. She arrived at 7:35, and has not been seen for over 7 hours. She was repeatedly told that she is next, but they continue to call patients in before her. She has presented symptoms, though they don’t seem to care. I understand this is new to everyone, but If they are not equipped or prepared to perform testing, it should not be offered. Just plain awful. Do not I repeat do not go in here for a Covid Test expecting to have results in 24 to 48 hours because it's not happening. Their foolish statement guaranteeing my son to have his results cost him his surgery in SA. Let's get to the employee attitude when my doctor's office called trying to get information well let's just say it wasn't pleasant. Do your self a favor and stay away from this clinic.
