I recently received a sizeable check for damages to my property from a neighbor who "hired" Bernardo and his "usual gang of idiots!" Yes, you read that right, my property was damaged by a neighbor who hired "Tough Luck" Clearing...they went right past the numerous bright pink ribbons on the three foot survey stakes onto my land for over 20 feet along a 200 foot swath...and Bernardo's excavator can do ALOT of damage! Didn't show for appointment estimate. I took off work to meet him. He didn't care. He said I never spoke to him but I spoke to someone!
Outstanding service clearing and grading my backyard. Previous concrete patio contractor created a storm water runoff problem. This grading company fixed my problem and very reasonable price.
We tried to get an estimate 2x from this company, the first time, they gave us a time, and 30 min after said time as we were actively waiting for their arrival, they messaged and said their equipment was broken, no problem! They said they'd be out the next day to give quote, and again we waited, and this time they were a no call no show. Not a very professional company.
Very efficient and responsible people !
