We love TLC grooming! Aly always does such a great job with Daisy. It's obvious she really cares for the dogs and does her best to make every visit a great experience for everyone.

I want to start out by saying I am very sorry you feel I was rude that morning. That was never my intention. I want to explain the reasons we need every minute until we open at 8am to properly care for the boarding dogs and cats in our care. We need that time in the morning before we open to make sure they are let out, fed, meds given if needed and have a clean run.
