My dog went in for his first grooming experience ever and it was so appreciated that they take the time needed to make timid dogs comfortable in the new environment. He was super soft and smelled fresh after being picked up. I was very impressed. The groomer even came out and showed me some of the techniques they used to help ease him into the situation. I will def. be returning!!
Never had my dog groomed took my pit today and he loved it. Smelled amazing and came home with the cutest accessory. We will definitely be going back.
Even with appointment and asked to get dog out shortly after noon and was told that would be fine I still wasn’t called until almost 7pm and she had no water or food all day.
They were so great with both my dogs! One of my babies hates getting his nails clipped and Tracy treated him with love and got it done! Will definitely only be taking my dogs here from now on.
Took ace for his first full groom with the TLC team. We called and they were transparent that they were heavily booked and got us in for next week. They did offer to call if there was an opening and there was. The groomer took her time with Ace and gave him the haircut we requested. We arrived a little early to pick him up and he wasn't quite ready. We could hear the team working with Ace in the back and taking extra time to ensure his cut was great. I have taken my 2 year old pomeranian to TLC just twice and I absolutely love them! He came home happy and feeling so good about himself, I always worried about taking him somewhere where he would be uncomfortable and scared, but my little Milo is one happy customer! #pommom #milo #happypuppy
TLC is the best groomers I would take my baby girls no where else. They are amazing especially with Miss cupcake she’s a feisty Yorkie.
Tracy and her staff are awesome. Shelbee is always so pretty when we pick her up. Always well taken care of
