TLC is one of the best service companies I have ever dealt with. Philip the Electrician is more like working with a boardroom executive. He really had to think out of the box to fix a major electrical issue in my house. He was very professional kept me posted with what was going on and at all times did all he could to make sure the cost was kept at a minimum. Great company, great employees from the phone rep to the tech. I highly recommend them. A+++++++

This electrician is a joke. They gave me a bid for $1800 to fix a few things, including a $350 diagnostic fee to change light bulbs under my kitchen counter that only cost $20 each- had them do one new outlet and now have to turn on the disposal to make it work. Pitiful, really Further, the outlet they put in could have electrocuted me as it was near a sink AND DOES NOT MEET CODE

HORRIBLE. They said " we charge $69 for a dispatch and we will give you a price in writing to fix it ". They showed up, tried to sell me a membership then said it was $700 to get on a ladder and look at it before they could tell me what it would cost to fix it. I reminded them that for $69 they were supposed to give me a price to fix it, not a price to tell me what it would cost to give me an estimate. Rip off. Many more companies out there that can do the job in a more transparent honest fashion.

Come with in a few hours of being called which was great. They are very very expensive. I had quotes from a few small business electrians for a 1/8 of the cost, but they are hard to get to come out since they are busy.

All I can say is I can't rate as I would like to because the highest is a 5, I would give a 10 but I can't so 5 will have to do. I called on Thursday & I was surprised that they could schedule me so fast for Friday mornin, that was a PLUS, Another HUGE PLUS, was when the workers, Matt & a Trainee he was training, took into consideration that my husband, who has been in & out of the hospital due to his cancer, was home sleeping and his window was right where the work needed to be done, the workers had the problem fixed & my p... read more

TLC Electrical was there right when they said they would be. They called me and told me who my electrical was going to be and wen he would be arriving. When he arrived he kind and professional and listened to what I needed to be done! And he stayed till the work was completed. I will be using TLC Electrical in the future and will refer to others!
