We had a perceived problem with the circuit to the Garage Door Opener and wanted a quote to fix a bent riser at the meter. The tech showed up, flipped the breaker to the Garage Door and called it good. He then proceeded to test every device in the house. Including making our tenant move furniture so he could get to them. We got a **** for $360. Seemed way to high to me to test a single circuit and make no changes. Do not use them, even if they are the only one who can come out overnight. Terrible work and tried to lock us into a very overpriced solution. When we decided to use another contractor, they threatened us. Do not use! I’ve never had to write a bad review of any contractor in my life before now.
I had no power in my kitchen. Paid over $300 for TLC to come and when they left I STILL HAD NO POWER in my kitchen. Their lame excuse? We didn’t check the GCFI outlets but your bill stays the same. No refund, no concern over losing a new customer and NO ELECTRICITY AFTER THEY “FINISH” THEIR “WORK”. Don’t give them your hard earned money. They won’t work for it and you’ll end up realizing you were scammed and have to pay a REAL electrician to help you.
Dispatch Fee Scam Artists!. I called TLC to get a quote on installing colored pool lights. I had no idea what it would cost so I asked over the phone for a ballpark estimate in which they were unable to give me. They stated they they would work within my budget, so I scheduled them to come and give me a quote for a $69.00 dispatch fee. Electrician showed up, looked around for a few minutes, typed some stuff on his Ipad then quoted me $2656.00. LOL! My budget was around $500-$700! TRY A BIT OF ETHICS WITH THE CUSTOMER
Do not do do business with them. Want to know how bad they where trying to rip me off? How about they where trying to charge me $1600 bucks for a job that I found else where for $700? Does that paint a picture?

Oh Hell no, Do Not Use, I repeat do not use. this company has no morals and is excessively over priced. very shady business practices, will make you pay fee even if they say they will waive it. Do not believe anything they say.
