I found the company on Google and reviewed on BBB. Made an appointment online for the following morning. Excellent communications throughout. Jeremiah, the tech, arrived and I gave him a synopsis of the problem and he diagnosed the issue; but unfortunately, he didn't have the needed circuit breakers on the truck. Beware! Don't use this company! I should have listened to the HVAC guy that recommended ANY COMPANY BUT TLC. I saw them on google as having a $55 off, and they could get us in next day...so I called anyway. Dispatch Fee disclosed as $69. What they don't tell you is that to run basic diagnostics will cost over $300, and for level 2 will be over $500. Overpriced. I can't drop that much money on a whim. yes, I have not a problem ever getting someone out. they are always courteous and patient. and they do good work.
The team arrived in a few hours which was awesome but between the customer service and pricing, I'll have to pass on using their services again. I found smaller businesses that'd do the job for 20% less than what I was charged. Thank you anyway!
The electrical service to our boat docks needed to be repaired and updated. Contacted TLC Electrical. Their technician showed up a the appointed time. Very polite and nice uniform. He examined the electrical service and prepared an estimate for repairs. We approved the estimate and repairs took a little over one day. Work was done professionally. TLC Electric � is the best. My elderly parents recently moved into a rent house and have been trying get phone service in the house for weeks. I called TLC Electric on Tuesday, they came to the house Wednesday morning and established phone service. This is a perfect example of outstanding customer service from calling them to explain the work, setting up the appointment, getting a call with the expected arrival time and another call to tell me the outcome of the work is just great.
