I am a new client at TLC Dental. The office is friendly and professional. I required an emergency tooth extraction which is covered under the Aetna / Liberty Dental Coverage as I am a Medicare Recipient. I called on a Monday and yes, I was having great difficulty and swelling from a tooth. I was seen as quickly as possible on a Thursday morning. I have no complaints. I haven't been to a dentist for some time...unfortunately, this experience was eye opening. I greatly appreciated how they kept me in the loop. I arrived five minutes before my appointment, five minutes after I was reclining in a dental chair, big plus for me. Don't like sweating it out in the waiting room. Every one was courteous and nice. The technology has greatly improved over the years, it's just unbelievable. I have a great deal of work to be done, I hope I'm not disappointed.
My son and I have been going to the Sheridan street location since 2017 . It is always an enjoyable experience . The staff is the best ! Very helpful , informative and cares about the patients . They make going to the dentist East .

The sweetest dental office I have ever been to, and I am terrified of dental offices! Everyone made me feel welcome and calm, my biggest fear (aka wisdom teeth being removed!) didnât even seem scary when everyone was being so kind to me! I was nervous but everyone there talked to me and helped me feel better, and I am healing just fine! (faster than I expected too!) Iâm thankful I chose TLC, and Iâm thankful to Bayta and everyone involved who helped me feel safe and cared for!
