Liars. they said they took my insurance, ended up getting charged full price for nearly everything. Feels predatatory from the minute you walk in. It's just wrong how they treat their patients and aren't transparent about pricing. Oh and they never answer the phone. I'm surprised they are rated so highly here.
Staff was very friendly and professional. My hygienist did an excellent job ! She was very patient, and answered all my questions/concerns immediately. Highly recommend TLC for anyone that wants to improve their oral health. I know after my treatments are finished, will be smiling with confidence again! Thank you TLC !!! 😁
Every single person I had contact with, from the front desk to the hygienist, the dental tech to Dr Martinez, I was treated with great care. I felt like part of the family. They were friendly and checked often to assure I felt comfortable. Dr Martinez went above and beyond with some anxiety issues I was experiencing. My dental work looked and felt amazing. I have since referred my entire family.
Dr. Martino and his staff are always so friendly and want to make going to the dentist and good experience. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Extremely put together and professional. Best cleaning I've had in my life and they even removed a terrible stain free of charge. They were transparent when relaying my dental health and payment/insurance. Honestly couldn't ask for anything more. All employees had a wonderful attitude and the overall atmosphere was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend!
