I just witnessed a TLC employee threaten to unalive a person and their dog because there was Feces on the property, he refused to identify himself or give his supervisors information, and he certainly didn’t verify if it was even the person and their dogs doing , very unprofessional!! I live in this neighborhood and have cameras and there are certainly other people and other animals out there !! This isn’t a reason to threaten someone’s life

I work in a long term care facility. We needed transportation for one of our residents. We were met with 2 extremely rude gentlemen.I opened the door and greeted them, they said absolutely nothing and just started arguing about needing help getting our patient moved to a stretcher. The resident weighed about 120lbs and these grown men didn’t even attempt to try and transfer him, even though our policy and theirs is that they do the transferring. Malinda and Chris was awesome. My brother had to be transferred from Vandyne nursing home to the hospital because he was in bad shape. They acted as though he was their family member. The compassion you showed was appreciated. Although my brother was a little bit combative they treated him with love and care. My family is greatly appreciative and supportive of the difficult work you do. I know dealing with family and patients are not always easy but know he couldn't have made it without you! I’m surprised to see such bad reviews! I took an ambulance ride to the hospital 3 weeks ago. The two young men that took me were wonderful. I wish I had gotten their names to add to this review. The medic was wonderful and very comforting to me. The man driving was also wonderful and said he is in training to be a medic as well. They were both very professional, kind and caring. I was very impressed and thankful for both of them in my time of need.

My mother is elderly and disabled, and currently cannot afford much transportation. The driver was made aware of this, and still kept pressing for money even though we couldn't pay. Then kept saying how ridiculous this was and everything, and when he walked out just left our door wide open and propped to let all the cold in. Will definitely be making sure not to use this company again.
