This was my first time here. I usually go to another spot in Little Rock but a friend recommended this place. When we arrived, it was busy but thats common for a Saturday. I went in for a pedicure and to have my nails painted. The woman was multi-tasking working on someone else pedicure and could not juggle more than one thing as my friend and I kept complaining about the temperature of the water. I am not at all new to getting my nails done, but new to this place. This was my first and last time ever going to TL Nails!!!! Cody was rude and rushed through the job. His work was sloppy, and every time I asked for anything shape, design, or color, he would get frustrated and say just trust me. I should have known better and am kicking myself for it. I had my nails done on the 11th of December and the nail polish was coming off on December 12th. I thought they would at least last for a few days!! Since I was only getting my nails polished the young man said he couldn’t do a design on my nails. So glad he didn’t because the polish started coming off the same day I got them polished.
Over Charging & Not Worth It! They Over Charged For A Pedicure I Didnt Ask For! They Charge For French Tip! Definitely Not Returning Horrible Service! Definitely Wont Be Coming Back! They Charged Me For A Design I Never Got? My Toes Are Horrible . I Hate Them Shoulda Knocked Everything Over
Establishment is highly unprofessional and unorganized. If someone went another service and somebody comes in before them who's ever ready first should be serviced first there was a woman getting her toes done. I had already came in to get my eyebrows done. I was already waiting. I was told that it was going to be a 10 minute wait the eyebrow specialist finished up the two people that were originally supposed to be ahead of me.
