I am not at all new to getting my nails done, but new to this place. This was my first and last time ever going to TL Nails!!!! Cody was rude and rushed through the job. His work was sloppy, and every time I asked for anything shape, design, or color, he would get frustrated and say just trust me. I should have known better and am kicking myself for it. First visit and I won't go back. "Tyler" did my nails and they look horrible! He was more worried about his phone than my nails. They are not even, swing to one side since one side was filed flat but other side wasn't, didn't bother to clean out from underside of nails, polish doesn't extend all over nails. I think I could've done a better job myself. Pictures were taken same day.

This was my first time here. I usually go to another spot in Little Rock but a friend recommended this place. When we arrived, it was busy but thats common for a Saturday. I went in for a pedicure and to have my nails painted. The woman was multi-tasking working on someone else pedicure and could not juggle more than one thing as my friend and I kept complaining about the temperature of the water. I had my nails done on the 11th of December and the nail polish was coming off on December 12th. I thought they would at least last for a few days!! Since I was only getting my nails polished the young man said he couldn’t do a design on my nails. So glad he didn’t because the polish started coming off the same day I got them polished.

I went to this salon on August 1 specifically asking for a natural, wispy lash look. I even brought my own lash glue, which I was allowed to use. Unfortunately, I left with huge, extremely heavy-looking lashes—so long and thick that I could barely see over them. This was nowhere close to what I requested. I was told to come back and have them removed, which I did. It took about two hours to remove the lashes, and unfortunately, I lost a significant amount of my natural lashes in the process.
