This was my first time here. I usually go to another spot in Little Rock but a friend recommended this place. When we arrived, it was busy but thats common for a Saturday. I went in for a pedicure and to have my nails painted. The woman was multi-tasking working on someone else pedicure and could not juggle more than one thing as my friend and I kept complaining about the temperature of the water. I am not at all new to getting my nails done, but new to this place. This was my first and last time ever going to TL Nails!!!! Cody was rude and rushed through the job. His work was sloppy, and every time I asked for anything shape, design, or color, he would get frustrated and say just trust me. I should have known better and am kicking myself for it. I had my nails done on the 11th of December and the nail polish was coming off on December 12th. I thought they would at least last for a few days!! Since I was only getting my nails polished the young man said he couldn’t do a design on my nails. So glad he didn’t because the polish started coming off the same day I got them polished.
I have a birth defect on my left hand. I went to TL Nails to get my nails, toes and brows done. My toes did not match the french tip style I showed the guy. My brows were PERFECT!!! But when it came to my nails, I felt very disrespected. When sitting in the chair I made it clear that I have a birth defect and it would only be my 6 other nails that I wanted done. This is the second time my nails fell off and it hasn't even been two weeks .only one week unbelievable. I gave them a second chance after the first time my nails fell off within the first week why was I so stupid to go back! What a waste of money .very disappointed and won't ever go back. I told him to use extra glue for a reason and obviously he didn't listen
